BancyCo is now 10 years old!

This week marks our 10th anniversary as a game developer and publisher. It's honestly kind of hard to believe. In these ten years, we've released 3 games across 6 platforms, including 6 physical releases — not bad at all! We've got more news coming this summer, and of course we continue to work on our fourth original IP.

When we started the company, we had no idea what was going to happen, or some of the adventures we were going to have. Launching an exclusive game with PlayStation (Alone With You). Having the first game created with GameMaker to launch on the PS4 (Home). Travelling around the world to showcase our games and meeting developers, publishers, and industry luminaries. Being showcased by Apple, Steam, and more. I mean... wow!

We've been here in Toronto since the beginning of the "indie boom" around 2007, formally creating the company in 2012. Since then, so much has happened within the games industry. We still feel like we're learning a million new things every year. And you know what? That's what keeps this fun.
